Custom meat processing

Custom meat processing for beef, hog and lamb.

Most of our meats processed and sold are from Brown, Rock, Keya Paha, and Cherry Counties. This gives our customers the opportunity to purchase hormone free and locally raised cattle. We will sell by bundle, whole, half, quarter, or piece. All our retail meat is Federally inspected and E coli tested. The following are the cuts we have available.

All meats come in vacuum sealed packaging. Also available federally inspected ribeye, New York strips, roasts and fresh ground hamburger. Click the above chart for full a size printable copy.
